This project is a bird watching spot. Fundacion milenio and hsbc bank financed it. This place is very important, because asuncion has always been looking away from the river, and with these types of projects they are finally looking towards the river. This area is a bay, and is very important for bird migration, because hundreds of bird species rest in this area in order to continue their journey, so not only do you see native birds, but also exotic ones. Asuncion has almost lost it’s integration to nature, however, projects like these are trying to strengthen that bond.

The area where it is located belongs to a local real developer company named baga. s.a. The project is for bird watching, but a lot a people come over just to appreciate a fantastic sunset, or simply to relax. There is a hospital 2 blocks away, so many visitors and patients also enjoy this spot.

Through minimalist ideas, we were able to resolve the necessities brought upon us. A roof turns into a bench is an idea that was gladly accepted. A mirror that almost makes the heaviness of a beam disappear, giving a surreal sensation. Vertical and horizontal elements that help to virtually limit space. A frame is formed, enhancing nature views.
